Phil has been an advocate and supporter of Centre County United way since returning to the area in 2008. As a shareholder with McQuaide Blasko he is a skilled litigator, advisor, and teacher in the practice of employment law. Phil serves the community through his work with the State College Sunrise Rotary, Centre Safe, and Leadership Centre County. United Way is important to Phil because it assists the entire community instead of focusing on one particular area of need. At home he enjoys the company of his wife Sharon, daughter Cosette, son Phillip, and their 2 cats and 1 bearded dragon.
